Benefits

NOWCC Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program and Agricultural Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program participants are provided the following benefits:

Vacation Leave Enrollees accrue up to 3 weeks of vacation annually.		Holidays Enrollees receive 10 federal holidays plus 1 individual holiday annually.
Health Insurance Comprehensive health insurance is provided to participants working 30 hours or more a week.		Dental Insurance Participants are eligible to enroll in a group dental care plan through payroll deduction.
Sick Leave Enrollees accrue up to 12 days of sick leave annually.
