NOWCC Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program and Agricultural Conservation Experienced Services(ACES) Project participants are provided the following benefits:

Vacation Leave Enrollees accrue up to 3 weeks of vacation annually.		Holidays Enrollees receive 10 federal holidays plus 1 individual holiday annually.
Health Insurance Comprehensive health insurance is provided to participants working 30 hours or more a week.		Dental Insurance Participants are eligible to enroll in a group dental care plan through payroll deduction.
Sick Leave Enrollees accrue up to 12 days of sick leave annually.		Enrollee Assistance Program All enrollees have access to confidential counseling and information through a toll-free number.
