Duties:

Performs analysis for the Director, OCR by tracking, monitoring, funding and processing travel. Independently produces reports which are used as a reference by the Director, OCR. Responsible for scheduling meetings for the Director, OCR, answers phones, greets visitors, maintains office files, handles incoming and outgoing mail, coordinates various mail operations (delivery, routing, dispatching FedEx, UPS, USPS packages) as required.

  • Independently prepares travel for the Director, OCR, this includes monitoring funds and processing travel authorizations and vouchers for both domestic and international travel.    25%
  • Exclusively coordinates all meetings, briefings, conferences, and teleconferences for the Director, OCR using the Lotus Notes Calendar application. Notifieds participants assists in the preparation of agendas, assembles briefing materials and various paperwork and prepares mailings as directed by the Director.    25%
  • Provide research, editing, scheduling and administrative services.    20%
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls.    10%
  • Organize, streamline and maintain all Office supply closets, procure supplies.    10%
  • Develop and maintain processes for record-keeping and disposal, correspondence and other files, as required by Agency procedures and deadlines.    10%
