Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Communications or computer science. OR Minimum of 10 year(s) of experience in Database management and report preparation and coordination with managers.

  • Experience required with Windows, Typewriter, Copying Machine, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access

Duties:

Independently support the Brownfields and Land Revitalization Branch in the management of data for the Brownfields Grants Programs. Independently support the office in it's management of data which would include tracking the submission of quarterly reports, property profile forms, and the entry of data into ACRES by grantees and/or Headquarters. Some work with the financial data management system would be involved. Send late notices, in a timely fashion, to grant recipients for non-compliance of reporting requirements. Review property profile forms for completeness and accuracy. Review quarterly reports and property profile forms for key measures and GPRA target accomplishments. Work closely with EPA grant Project Officer to ensure targets are tracked in ACRES and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate tracking reports for the Brownfields program. Coordinate with staff on year end workload. Maintain the outreach database and forward notices upon request. Establish Site ID numbers in accordance with EPA policy.

  • Track the submission of quarterly reports from grantees.    15%
  • RFFeview quarterly reports to identify sites requiring the submission of property profile forms. Track the submission of those forms. Review form for completeness and accuracy. Work closely with the EPA Project Officer to establish Site Identification numbers.    20%
  • Review and chart quarterly reports and property profile forms for key measures and GPRA accomplishments.    20%
  • Track the entry of data into AC RDS on a quarterly or as needed basis.    20%
  • Forward non-compliance notices to grantees for Pos in a timely fashion.    10%
  • Maintain outreach database.    10%
  • Provide year and strategy worksheet.    5%
