Clean Water Program Administrative Support Level 3
This position is funded for 9 months, may be extended if budget allows. Acts as administrative support for the Clean Water Branch including record keeping duties, administrative document review/proofreading, mailing/document routing preparation, Quality Check (QC) of database entry, assistance with training/meeting logistical preparation, and performing other daily support and information gathering functions.
AA Degree in General studies OR Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in Administrative office duties. Previously completed training in Windows applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point), Outlook
