Assist the Field Office in legislative implementation and streamlining the application process. • Serve as an interdisciplinary team lead or member for following National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) guidelines/requirements. • Evaluate proposed uses with respect to their potential impact on the management, protection, development, and utilization of public lands resources and their conformance with land management plans, policies, regulations, and statutory authorities. • Provide advice on all aspects of acquisition, disposal, or rights to public lands.• Prepare and assemble applications, stipulations, documents for review, letters of consent, etc., regarding easements, such as easements and licenses for roads, power lines, pipelines, and similar projects. • Responsible for the accomplishment of land exchange, donation, and purchase including important and difficult negotiations with private landowners. • Provide program specific advice to interdisciplinary teams regarding environmental analysis.
Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience OR BA/BS Degree OR Previously completed training in Lands & Realty courses
